Vélo Charlevoix invites road cycling enthusiasts to take on a personal challenge that combines effort and enjoyment. Set against the rolling and demanding roads of Charlevoix’s backcountry, the Granfondo de Charlevoix offers a cycling experience designed to challenge both your legs and your mindset.
Two distances will be offered for the 2026 edition: 61 and 87 km.
Participants can expect:
> Carefully designed road routes showcasing the unique character of Charlevoix
> Well-organized logistics focused on rider experience and safety
> A welcoming and festive atmosphere at the event site.
> On-site services and amenities aimed at making your day smooth and enjoyable
The Granfondo de Charlevoix is a timed cyclosportive, but above all, it is a personal challenge. There is no podium, no pressure — just you, your goals, and the satisfaction of riding in an exceptional setting.

2026 PARTICIPANT’S GUIDE (in french)
Having at heart the preservation of our natural surroundings and striving to do more for next generations of riders, our events are now certified ÉcoFQSC Silver. Here’s how you can help us to reduce our environmental impact :
- Choose to carpool.
- Bring your own re-usable water bottles. Water stations are available on site.
- Sort your thrashes out. You’ll find at various onsite locations garbage, recycle, and compost bins along with other ones destined to discard damaged or depleted items such as tires, tubes, batteries, etc..
